This route was released in the November 1.31 game release, which includes the all new Urukazi expansion. The expansion will bring 12 miles of new roads and 96 miles worth of new routes. Bridges and Boardwalks is one of the shorter routes included in the game release. It covers ~5 miles of roads in a nice loop.

The best bike for this course will be the most aero frame and wheel set available, which is going to be the Venge S-Works with the DT Swiss Disc for riders who are > level 42.
