This week it is vault miracle, And jons short mix. Each week I will be selecting workouts for team kids. These are optional but I recommend it. Each week I will be holding 2 group workouts. One on tuesdays and one on saturdays. These workouts are optional but I highly recommend doing them. I will assign three workouts each week and they will be posted here.
