This route is releasing in the November 1.31 game release, which includes the all new Urukazi expansion. The expansion will bring 12 miles of new roads and 96 miles worth of new routes. Turf n Surf goes through the middle of Neokyo before making its way to Urukazi. It will go through the perimeter of Urukazi and make its way back to the start at the Neokyo Harbor.

The best bike for this course will be the most aero frame and wheel set available, which is going to be the Venge S-Works with the DT Swiss Disc for riders who are > level 42.
